SSSC58 Three Little Chicks

Yesterday I mentioned that I was trying to get some Easter projects completed, so I thought I'd use an Easter theme for this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. I chose the striped paper purely by accident, as it was the one that was on the top of the stack when I pulled it out this morning. I already knew that I wanted to do the three chicks and these colors are perfect for them. Sometimes, things just work out that way. I had some help choosing the cardstock and ribbon colors from my youngest, so this card was definitely a team effort. Thanks for visiting!

Stamps: A Good Egg
Inks: Black StazOn
Paper: Whisper White, Barely Banana & Chocolate Chip Cardstock, Sweet Pea DSP Stack
Accessories & Tools: 1 3/8" Square Punch, 1/4" Pumpkin Pie Grosgrain, Fresh Favorites II Buttons (So Saffron), Pretties Kit Flowers, Soft Subtles Brads (Barely Banana), 1/16" Circle Punch, Tombow Multi Purpose Adhesive, Barely Banana, Pumpkin Pie & Chocolate Chip Markers, Stampin' Dimensionals

  1. Adorable, I may have to lift it for my own Easter cards.

  2. Fantastic card for this sketch.

  3. This is lovely, Trena. Great take on the challenge! The warm colors are just beautiful for spring.
